The Game Plan for Kilmore – with
Blake Redden (@BlakeRedden)
Best Value ($25 each way)
Seascape Boy (Race 1 No.10) $4.20
Although
this fella is yet to breakthrough for a win this preparation, there have been
some excuses which I’m willing to forgive. Two starts ago he was forced to go
it alone three-wide in an on-pace dominated race. Prior to that he had a flat
tyre and last time he ran into dead-end after dead-end before getting out late
and sprinting solidly without too much asking. He is a generally good beginner
from the stands so don’t be to perturbed by the handicap and he has the talent
to win this.
Other Value ($10 win x $15 place)
Ocean Bay (Race 6 No.10) $8
This
guy got back and played for luck at Warragul last time and on a track where it’s
hard to make ground at the best of times, he didn’t see much clear air. He ran
well in a heat of a series which culminated at Melton a couple of weeks ago and
if he can get the right cart into the race then a place is certainly no stretch
and he could even win.
The
Money Race
Race
5 ($40 worth of Flexi First Four’s)
My
Zach Bromac (1) has
really excelled since crossing the ditch and off the back of his last start
Bendigo win, the small field here should suit him. Gamechanger (2) is working up towards a win and should enjoy a good
run wherever he gets too while Baccarat
(5) and Royal Deviate (6) are
pretty smart on their day and must be included.

1/5,6/5,6/2. $5 gets 250%
