Good Form Preview - Thursday Night at Bendigo

THE GAME PLANS for Bendigo

THE MONEY RACES
Tonight’s meeting looks a really competitive one with some value on offer and I think the best way to make a quid is by playing some Trifectas.  I’ve come up with Races 2,6 and 7 as the best ones to attack and below is how I’m playing for $300, which along with my $100 Quaddie will take my total outlay for the night to $400.

Race 2
Boxed 1,3,10.  $48 gets you 800%
1,3,10/ 1,3,10/ 2,6,7,8.  $52 gets you 216.66%

Race 6
5/ 8/ 4,6,7,9,11,12.  $52 gets you 866.66%
5/ 4,6,7,9,11,12/ 8.  $24 gets you 400%
8/ 5/ 4,6,7,9,11,12.  $24 gets you 400%

Race 7
Boxed 1,2,7,9.  $52 gets you 216.66%
1,2,7,9/ 1,2,7,9/ 3,4,5,8.  $48 gets you 100%

QUADDIES X 2 $100 Total Spend
2,4,5,6/ 12/ 5,8/ 1,2,7,9.  $50 gets you 156.25%
2,4,5,6/ 1,6,7,9,10,11/ 5,8/ 1,2,7,9.  $50 gets you 26.04%

Star Trialler
Bettors Package (Race 4 no. 6) $6
Emma Stewart-prepared daughter of Bettors Delight on debut tonight and although she takes on some smart ones first up from a wide draw she should still be more than competitive going by her latest trial victory at Maryborough where she ripped home in 58.2 to win comfortably.

It’s a very tough meeting at Bendigo so hopefully we can find a little value on a tough card for punting, but sometimes these programs can be very rewarding, so we won’t die wondering.

Money Race
Race 2
Lets play the first four…we know Shes A Runa is the leader and Tuscan Breeze at worse will be three back the pegs and the only other winning chance is My Bella Star, so we will play those three and see how we go.
1,3,10/ 1,3,10/1,2,3,7,10/1,2,3,6,7,10. $100 gets 185%

Best Value
Longtan Cougarman (Race 1 no6.) Each Way
This hasn’t been placed in seven starts, but he joins the Paul Tonkin team and he’s been trialling really well of late. If he gets away from the stand and lives up to his trial form he will be very hard to beat at a good price in the first.

Quaddies
4/12/5,6,8/1,2,5,7,9 For $54.5 = 363%
4,2,5,8/12/5,6,8/1,2,5,7,9 For $30 = 50%
4/Field/5,6,8/1,2,5,7,9. For $16.5 = 10%

Star Trialler
Ourgirlbillilee (Race 4 no.4)
Ourgirlbillilee has only had the one trial and that was back in February, but she could not have been more impressive. The daughter of Safari came from midfield and showed a good turn of foot to defeat a smart bunch of two-year-old’s. She rated 1:59 and finished off her last half in 59 seconds to defeat My Mach Scooter and Young Modern by a decent margin, which have both shown above average ability for trainer Michael Stanley. I know she meets a smart field first up including a Group One-winning filly, but on that trial she will be mighty hard to beat.
