The Game Plan for Horsham – with Jason Bonnington
(@jasonbonnington)
Today’s meeting looks very juicy at first glance but on
closer inspection there are plenty of pitfalls if you don’t watch your step.
Having said that I think there are two Money Races where we can hope to turn a
profit plus a Best Value bet, Black Booker and a number of Quaddie
combinations.
The Money Races
Race 3
Realy Under Fire (7) and Seven And A Half (11) are
both pretty green but they have their rivals covered on the score of talent and
one of the two should win here, so play the following Trifectas and we
shouldn’t be far off the mark.
7,11/ 4,7,11/ 1,2,4,5,7,11. $38 gets 237.5%
7,11/ 4,7,11/ 6,9. $4 gets 50%
7,11/ 1,5/ 1,2,4,5,7,11. $8 gets 50%
Race 7
The major issue here will be making sure that Discrimination
(1) kicks through and holds a fast front line at bay here early, but if he
does then both he and Night Affair (8) should figure in the placings and
one of them should win. Play the Tricks below and cross your fingers at the
start.
1,8/ 1,8/ 2,3,6,7,10. $30 gets 300%
1,8/ 2,3,6,7,10/ 1,8. $20 gets 200%
Best Value
Forced Out (Race 6 no. 2) $7
She’s no star and she certainly doesn’t win out of turn but
if you’re looking for one that can be backed with confidence Each Way at a
price then this is your girl for sure. Fingers crossed she’ll lob handy than
normal from the nice draw and against moderate opposition it’s hard to see her
missing a drum at the $7 quoted in today’s Herald Sun.
Quaddies
4,6,10/ 2,3,4,5,11/ 2,8/ 1,8. $60 gets 100%
4,6,10/ 2,3,4,5,11/ 2,8/ 2,3,7,10. $40 gets 33.33%
Black Booker
Discrimination (Race 7 no. 1) $3.50
Typically brilliant beginner from the Lance Justice camp who
was luckless last start and looks ideally suited from barrier one this
afternoon. There is speed drawn outside him but if he can punch through and
hold the top the $3.50 quoted in today’s Herald Sun looks very juicy indeed. Click
here to view his most recent run.
