Good Form Preview - Stawell Cup Sunday

THE GAME PLAN for Stawell – with Michael Polster (@MickPolster)

The Money Race
Race 2 today looks a great one to target with trifectas and first fours as Tannissa, Alta Antonio and Hector Barbossa look head and shoulders above their opposition. Below is how I’m playing with $100 total spend.  We won’t make enough to retire but with the right results a tidy profit should be shown.

Race 2
Trifecta: Boxed 7,8,9.  $30 gets you 500%.
Trifecta: 7,8,9/ 7,8,9/ 2,10.  $20 gets you 166.66%.
First Four: 7,8,9/ 7,8,9/ 7,8,9/ 2,10.  $30 gets you 250%.
First Four: 7,8,9/ 7,8,9/ 2,10/ 7,8,9.  $20 gets you 166.66%.

Quaddie
1,6,7/ 3,4,5,6,9,10,12/ 1,2,3,5,6,9,10,11/ 1,2,3,4,9.  $100 gets you 11.9%

STAR TRIALLERS - (Racing Tonight)

Gee Mae (Race 3 no. 4) $3.50
Resumes from a break off the back of a Maryborough trial success last week where she recorded a moderate 2:04.8 but did slip home in a reasonable half of 58.6. She was in great touch towards the end of last season and with her main rival drawn off the back row she is expected to be hard to get past first up.

Our Flash Of Fire (Race 6 no. 6) $4.50
He has been out of sorts of late but does possess his share of talent and did trial well at Ballarat last Monday night behind Jadahson to help get him back on track. He will get back in the run from the wide gate but there should be some pace in the early stages so if he gets a decent tag into it he should be a factor at the end.

BLACK BOOKER – (Ballarat Last Night)

Mister Onetwo
Was forced to work extremely hard in a fast lead time to hold the front early before eventually taking a trail on Kotare Roland and running a game second. That was his third run back from a break last night and he will only keep improving this campaign so be sure to follow him in the coming weeks. Click here to view the run.
