Colada Mach and Huchi Fella look to have the wood on their rivals and are a great base for trifectas with Anvil On The Sly and Eyes On The Prize the most likely to fill third but I’ll take another with some other runners to run third as a saver.  Below is how I’m playing with $100 total spend.

6,10/ 6,10/ 9,11.  $46 gets you 1150%

6,10/ 6,10/ 1,2,3,5,7,8.  $54 gets you 300%

Race 7

Aldebaran Bluechip looks a good thing from the pole and my thinking is One Dog One Bone will trail her through with Beckie Grace likely to go and sit three back the pegs.  If that scenario plays out then they are pretty much guaranteed to fill the trifecta but I will take another with some other runners to run third as a saver.  Below is how I’m playing with $100 total spend.

1/ 7,8/ 7,8.  $40 gets you 2000%

1/ 7,8/ 2,3,4,9,10,11.  $60 gets you 500%

Race 8

Former Kiwi 3YO Donavan Maguire makes his Aussie debut for Shayne Cramp tonight and will be much too good for his rivals with stable mate Elfavourite looking as good a thing to run second so I’m taking a the below trifecta for $100 total spend.

7/ 4/ 1,2,3.  $100 gets you 33333.33%

Quaddie

2,5/ 2,5,6,7/ 3,4,5/ 1.  $100 gets you 416.66%

 

STAR TRIALLER

Jamies Boy (Race 4 no. 2) $1.90

Yet another talented Shayne Cramp trainee who won 9 of his 10 outings last season and took a new mark of 1:55.5 at Menangle prior to going for a break.  He resumes tonight off the back of an impressive trial victory on this circuit 17 days ago where he finished off in 58.6 and although he takes on some classy customers first up he is sure to be mighty hard to beat.
