There’s no doubt that we’ll see some terrific racing up in the Sunraysia tonight but from a punting perspective I think it’s a really difficult programme on which to play.  Most  of the short priced favourites have some sort of question mark hanging over their heads and it’s equally difficult to find specific horse to get those hot pots rolled. As a result I’m going to take full advantage of the two Quaddies o n offer to make sure we’re involved in 8 of the programme’s 10 schedules races while I’m also taking 1 Best Bet & 1 Money Race tonight.

I’m not getting overly excited here because Mick Bellman himself has opted to drive Misschnoise (8) in preference to the above pacer but I can’t get past the fact that she loves this track, she loves short course racing and she should get her favourite run in behind the speed.

The Money Race – Race 5 (Flexi Trifecta for $60)

Both TAB Bookmakers and I have found it almost impossible to split the three big guns in Caribbean Crest (3), Graybuck (6) and Our Missionary Man (7) here so it stands to reason that they will fight this rich final out. I was however impressed with Daylight Dan (9) and he’s the Fixed Odds over @ $15 while a few other are capable of sneaking onto the dais.
