Last week wasn’t anywhere near as fruitful as the week before so once again I’m extremely keen to kick off a new seven-day assault with a proper profit. Unfortunately the only two wagers I’m very eager to have are the Best Value Bets outlined below but I thought we could also get something out of our Two Money Races and the five liberal Quaddies at the bottom of the Plan.
Best Value ($30 Each Way)
Tuscan Eyre (Race 4 no. 9) $5.50This is probably my Best Each Way Bet of the programme. I’ve always had a bit of time for this mare and given she’s trialled well recently and finds herself in a pretty moderate CO race I expect her to win or figure on the podium at very least.
Brite Spark Lombo (Race 7 no. 8) $9
This girl has always had well above average ability and
after an excellent first-up run when just pipped by Voce in a 56.7-sec last
half, I think she’s got as much chance as any of taking this race out. Clearly
her biggest obstacle will be the inside-second-line draw but she does follow
out a quick beginner and she’ll only need a little bit of luck to feature at
the knock.
The Money Races
Race 3Lovelist (5) is a well bred and exciting debutante for Emma Stewart who finished off a recent trial win in 58.3. She should be winning here based on all the things we know or can infer while 2YO ‘veteran’ Viva Safari (7) should have the ringcraft to land one of the other podium positions.
5/ 7/ 2,3,4,6. $32 gets 800%
5/ 2,3,4,6/ 7. $18 gets 450%
Race 4
As mentioned above, I’m pretty keen on Tuscany Eyre (9) here
and if she can either win or get rolled by I Am Louie (7) or Bucksaroo
(13) we should be in the money.
9/ 7,13/ 2,3,6,7,8,13. $30 gets 300%
7,13/ 9/ 2,3,6,7,8,13. $10 gets 100%
The Quads (x5 for $100)
6,10/ 3,7/ 7,8/ 10. $20 gets 250%6,10/ 3,7/ 7,8/ 4,5,7,9. $32 gets 100%
6,10/ 3,7/ 2,4,10/ 10. $12 gets 100%
6,10/ 1,2,4,5/ 7,8/ 10. $16 gets 100%
2,3,4,5,9/ 3,7/ 7,8/ 10. $20 gets 100%
